Women’s beWELL – Mindfulness & Yoga

Join other women for a relaxing morning in the park. Yoga mats will be provided and participants will be led through some relaxing yoga poses and a mindfulness exercise. Meet at Global Gathering Place downtown and we will walk to the river park nearby.
