Global Gathering Place invites students to join its ESL courses in Saskatoon.
If you are interested in improving your English ability, call us at 306-665-2950 or stop by our English Language Centre downtown at 315 25th Street East. Free childcare is available for most classes.
If you do not know your CLB level, please contact our office at 306-665-2950 for guidance. Permanent Residents, Temporary Residents, and Canadian Citizens may call the Language Assessment and Referral Centre (LARC) and Provincial Language Assessments and Referral Services (PLARS) at 306-651-5272 to arrange for an assessment or re-referral.
We offer the following classes in various schedules and locations:
Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Classes, from Literacy Levels and CLB 1 to CLB 4, for adult Refugees and Permanent Residents
Stage 1 and 2 English Classes, from CLB 1 to CLB 7, for adult Temporary Residents and Canadian Citizens based in Saskatoon
Online Stage 1 and 2 English Classes, from CLB 1 to CLB 7, for adult Temporary Residents and Canadian Citizens across the province
Online E4E for Youth Classes for adults 18-29 years of age from CLB 4 to CLB 4, for Permanent Residents, Temporary Residents and Canadian Citizens
Beginner Communication Circle for Literacy to CLB 3 for adult Temporary Residents, Refugees, Permanent Residents, and Canadian Citizens
IDEAS (Intermediate and Advanced levels) sessions for anyone, regardless of immigration status

Classes are led by qualified instructors and adhere to national standards for English language instruction. Needs-based and outcomes-driven, all our classes are FREE and provide students with functional English language skills for successful settlement and integration, including employment-readiness, in Saskatoon and Canada.
We also have free Care for Newcomer Children (CNC) and Childminding services for those needing childcare support while attending classes.
