2021 Annual General Meeting and Board Recruitment

Happy Spring! On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are delighted to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of Global Gathering Place on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 5:00pm on Zoom. Registration details will be made available closer to the event.

Thank you to our members for your continued support of Global Gathering Place.  Members are eligible to vote at the AGM. Not a GGP member yet, or need to renew? Simply complete the Member Application Form and return it with your $10 payment by June 1, 2021 (see form for payment details).

We are now accepting nominations and applications for Board member positions. Those interested are asked to submit the online Board Application Form by May 30, 2021.

GGP Client Shares What Ramadan Means to Her

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Muslims observe this month with fasting, prayer, reflection, and charity. In 2025, Ramadan began on the evening of February 28 and is expected to end on the evening of March 30, depending on the sightings of the moon. The end of Ramadan marks the beginning of Eid al-Fitr, a three-day celebration.
